aliens hybrids eh?

I wonder if alien hybrids chose to live among us. How would we treat em. There is suppose to be an alien hybrid integration program. That sounds a bit scary. Like why are they coming. Maybe there are no jobs on mars. Still, wonder how people would reaqct to the alien next door shall we say.
