The rust belt is growing. I would expect as much due to economic policies from our gov. Like there are very poor.Folks, there are many virtual ghost towns in our rust belt now. This is what takes place when factories are shut down in america. Sadly, these companies then move over seas. Mostly, to countries that pay less than our minimum wage.
