Still losing jobs

Folks we are still losing jobs. It is not just private sector now, but public as well. States hard hit by falling sales tax revenue are now cutting workers in order to save money, and next year will be even worse.

Skeptics that said "All is fine" and now having to reframe their argument. It is now obvious that we are not in an economic revival. Quite the contrary, we are slowly sinking into the mire. A debunker flipflop is on the way.

Two Choices on Iran

Two choices on Iran are to attack now, or have a nuclear Tehran soon. People can try toignore the problem. However our choices are stark - a war now, or a war much bigger later. Iran will not stop until either we or it are destroyed.

iran tests long range missiles

The people's islamic republic of iran is firing long range missiles. This development is max worrisome. I feel we are going in on a truly tragic way with war very near.

war in iran

Israel will attack iran, the question is where and when. Please believe me. This will be the start of a massive wold war. Expect oil prices to surge.

Gold Fall

gold on a white background photo

Gold is not longer over $1000/oz and prices are falling fast. The reason is that we are seeing central governments dump gold in a fit of frenzy. Well, they want to calm people about inflation. Also, oil is falling as well. OK so now gold is about as max pop as a zune HD.

world situation bad

Today durable goods orders are down. Well, that means our so called economic recovery is a false mirage. A deceptive illusion of water in a desert.

Freddie mac says home mortgage delinquencies are up. This should come as no big surprise viewing that we have seen umemployment spike to near ten percent. Those without jobs cannot pay their bills. I predict a jobless rate over 10% next year.

water on moon

Folks, this is an exciting discovery - there is water on our lunar surface. This reminds me of the song water on the moon. I find this news exciting because a lunar colony is now possible. Perhaps in the future there will soon be moonies or moon men.

Television's future is here

They say we are going to have higher rez, however, in the internet I still see a lot of 320X240 video. HD is super slow and jerky. TV is web, but that future is not here yet. In fact, we could say that we are waiting for more bandwidth.

Folks for streaming HD we are going to need a big boat load of bandwidth. Also, paying $99/mo for a high speed connection is naff. What we need is megabytes at a micro price. The future of television is over an internet, but not the one we have now.

Shape of cars to come

Look at your big red pickup trucks because very soon they are gone. Have you seen a move to push us into tiny little ecocars? I do not mean economy cars, but rather ecology vehicles. These green machines get high miles per gallon of gas. The lefties want to mandate high mileage for all. Hey, so say goodbye to you SUV, and say hello to a tiny cramp smart car.

OK when inflation kicks in we will all have $100,000 cars, but they will be tiny. Sadly, we must say good bye to our comfortable max SUV.

USB 3 for me

Folks USB 3.0 is here. This is a great new advance. It is so fast you no longer need fire wire. In fact, this is a bold new leap into the future. Lets all clap for a faster connection using USB 3.

more pain

Sadly, as unemployment benefit run out we are going to view more pain. Local communities are hit hard. Hunger will become common. Food banks are running out as most stocks are gone. However, our gov claims all is fine. They say recession is over. I say, things are going to worsen.

CEO of Chrysler near financial failure

Jey jim press has some pressing problems. He owes uncle sam ove one million in taxes. That said his company is doing poorly due to a global recession. I do not feel his firm can survive the coming CARnage.

Life without a car

The automobile after a fire, completely burned down. photo

OK many people ask - can you live car less? Well, I tried it for a while and got hit by a car as a pedestrian, got my bike smashed by a car which rolled up the side walk, and spent hours waiting for a bus that never came.

Hey, it is possible, and you save money. However, it is not a lot of fun during a cold winter to shiver waiting for a bus, or to be limited as to how long you can stay at work, or to spend time at the bus stop surrounded by derelicts.

soda tax is coming

cola in glass on the white background photo

People our gov reminds me of an old grand mother that finds fault everywhere. OK my prediction of a soda tax is coming true. The case for a soda tax is that our gov claims sugary beverages are bad for your health. Always looking for a new sin tax after maxing us out, our nanny gov wants now to tax our pepsi. Well, this new tax is NOT max pop.

What is coming

Glass Dome Interior Architecture Of The German Parliament 'Reichstag' in Berlin - Blue Toning photo

Buckminster Fuller inventor of the geodesic dome home, is not around to see our time, but he did make many predictions. The world we live in will change a lot in the coming years. It is not just technology, but people will change also. The leader of the world, america prime is changing too.

Well, in a way we must change our time line and prevent a disaster. It seems our world cannot continue its wasteful ways. What we need is to create a new america prime time line.

recession is over?

Hammer about to smash a home made out of US $100 bills - concept photo of home mortgage crisis photo

OK Bernake says economic recession is over, crisis is averted, and recovery is near. Yeah right, I can believe it when I see it, because locally big biz is still laying off people and stores are still closing. The prediction of ghost malls is what I see coming.

Dow goes down

Wall Street after Lehman is weaker. Actually, a year ago Lehman bros went under. It was the spark that causes the dow to go DOWN.

OK many investors wanted out and they saw that the stocks were being sold at fire sale prices. Sadly our gov props up a failing market to crow about an economic recovery. Instead what I see is economic ruin. The artificial false rally is about to end. GET OUT NOW!

unREAL Estate

Miniature house in a shopping cart isolated on white illustrating shopping for a home. photo

Housing market recovery can take time. I still remember when things were bad in 2006 and people said that the turn around would take place in 2007, then it was pushed back to 2008. Well, here we are in 2009, and things are not fine.

It appears we are in a Real Estate WREAKcovery. Foreclosures continue to climb, pushing prices ever downward as our economic crisis worsens.

Bank failures at 92

Folks, our economy is in ruin. This year there are 92 bank failures. Well, in contrast 2007 had all of three banks go under. I tell people - save your money. Titanic has hit an iceberg and is going down to the bottom. Fed is trying to pump out water, but it comes in faster than we can throw it out. Look at our deficit, it grows every year.

How much longer is the question. Well, the answer is not a whole lot. For one thing, China is now talking about not buying our treasury bills. This means we must monetize debt and after that comes hyperinflation.

Gold is cheap at $1000/oz

Open bank vault with gold bars - 3D render photo

People say that gold is near its all time high. That is true, but gold is cheap at $1000/oz because we are looking at inflation. All those green pieces of paper will soon lose value. Only gold has been a stable barometer of wealth over the centuries. It is true that paper currency tend to lose value over time.

gov owns more than one third of Citi

It seems that our gov owns over 1/3 of Citigroup one of our biggest banks. This is not acceptable. The zombie banks are still leaching resources away from the rest of america. Typical of the big banks who go billion in bailouts.

Record high foreclosures

Bank Repo Notice on For Sale Real Estate Sign photo

Foreclosures are near record high with peak expected in 2010. When I predict more bank repos expect the skeptics to scoff. The same debunkers that laughed in 2005 when they were warn of a real estate bubble now claim it was obvious. It is like they never seem to learn.

What we face is nothing less than a complete collapse of our economy. This severe economic recession is slowly turning into the Great Depression 2.0 and we are seeing it take place right in front of our eyes.

Wednesday, September 9, 2009

Oil over $70

Oil is over $70, gold is near $1000. WHY? Well, the reason is simple. What we have is a decline in the dollar. Actually, our WREAKcovery is going strong. In fact people are calling for a massive inflationary depression, as well as a dollar collapse.

Gold over $1000

Staple of gold bars photo

Future price of gold is much higher than now. OK my prediction was that gold would come to a stand still from $1000 go down below $800 and rise over $1000. And yes that it would soon go over $2000. Well, now we are finally over $1000. Get ready gold bugs the yellow metal is once again on the rise. It is time to go for the gold. Buy bullion while you still can.

more free TV

Pretty Caucasian mid-adult woman wearing green vintage dress sitting at 50's retro dinette in front of old television looking bored. photo

Set right on up folks, it is FREE TV. AT&T now joins HULU, TV.com, etc with internet TV. Folks we do not need another video site with free TV from AT&T. Television sets are collecting dust as people move online. John Titor did say that in 2036 there is no broadcast television and people watch TV programs over our new internet.

Tivo Time Warp

The machinery of old and dirty clock. Shallow DOF photo

It sounds like science fiction, but it is not. The Tivo Time Warp was awarded 200 million in court. OK that is what dish networks had to dish out for patent infringement.

Perhaps in the future Tivo will sell time machines so people can literally step back in time to the past. Actually, now you can do something similar by watch "Fall of Rome" on Tivo which reminds me our our current empire in woe.

Mystery of Coral Castle

Edward Leedskalnin a Latvian immigrant built a castle made of coral for his lady love. She abandoned him, but we still have the Coral Castle near miami. CarlosX claims to have gone by this structure. It s suppose to have been built over a large vortex in time and space.

Unemployment soars near 10%

An unemployed man holding out his empty pockets, isolated against a white background photo

Not only are things bad, they are getting worse. Today, this just out - unemployment rate rose to 9.7% a 26 year high. This comes at us like a sledgehammer hitting some fragile glass ornaments. The shattering blow is proving devastating to families. It is a second great depression.

eurozone recovery?

Benidorm, Spain grunge style - vector photo

Those who forecast a eurozone recovery, my question is HOW? With labor working less hours, per hour wages cut, and unemployment at a ten year high, where is the consumption going to come from? Right now, for example, spain has over 20% unemployment.

People, let me point out that the downturn in the US economy turned into a global economic recession. There are no countries awash in cash that could pull europe out of the mud because all are hit hard by nothing less than financial armageddon.

Foreclosures up

Foreclosure Real Estate Sign

Well, as unemployment goes over 10% more people will lose their houses. Sadly, mortgage defaults and home foreclosures numbers are rapidly rising despite our gov wanting this not to be the case. When is ignoring a problem a good idea?

China fights piracy

Software piracy is a big problem. China fights piracy, but we wonder how effective this is. For example, most people cannot afford photo shop and can either buy a cheap clone or download a nonlegit version. Right now many programs on machines are downloaded off the internet. This means less money for publishers. I sure hope China cracks down on pirates, but reality is that few people can afford legit versions.
