Hey, the open office concept is worrisome. People say that they lack privacy. Also, these large rooms... like are way too noisy. Still, we have some execs pushing em. Hey, they are suppose to provide us synergy. Well, the truth is that I do not believe that they help us. Do give me a quiet room. Oh wow, it is important to focus some more. Look, the truth is... that all that open office chatter is not productive in any way. Let us gear up for a brand new year.

Let me tell tell something on consumers. They are spending too much money. Please try to understand that we are in an on going economic crisis. Yeah, that is some sour news. Still, they act as if we were right in the middle of a boom year. Frankly, that is not our case. Great times often come at a high price. Money does not grow on trees, so let us try to really conserve some.

Hey, a new year is near. Let us celebrate what our God has indeed given us. Frankly, things could be even worse. Cardinal Theodore McCarrick was ousted from the Vatican just now. That charges are serious.

Twitter had a nice run. It was once... like a great company. Facebook is the same. Sadly, both have started deleting users. Often, for poor reasons. Sometimes, it seems that there is no reason. Please tell us... that we are wrong.

This just in. OK, so iran cuts the internet in some provinces. Dictators are scared of the truth as much as Dracula is scared of a mirror. When you are constantly telling lies, the truth can be quite scary.

Oh wow, it's a wonderful life is a Christmas classic, but it was a flop once. That was many years ago. Sadly, it is no longer in the public domain anymore. Always, the gov... like it throws more rules and regs at us. Hey, they should have kept it in the public domain, but that means less money for greedy execs.

Mental time travel has many pro... there are also some cons. Funny, there are a lot of time travel movies. Do wonder when we will be able to get a time machine in sears. Probably, the answer is never. Sadly, we do not think that sears can survive.

Celedon Bankruptcy leaves thousands jobless in our busy holiday season. Folks, that really is some sour news. Hey, I always thought that there would be more work, but I was wrong. Looks like we are in an economic crisis. Do hope that our scenario can improve some.

I will tell you that there is a wage gap. Rich people make a lot more money... that our poor. Maybe, we need to address this issue. It is ripping or tearing our society apart at the seams.

Tesla shares are at a record high right now. Folks, this might be an excellent time to cash in. Basically, I do not see a bright future for electric cars. Get ready ready for a shocking experience. The road ahead is certainly a bumpy one.

Real estate company rex uses ai. Yo, that is super news. However, we will soon see. After all, most agents in our game... like to make some coins. Do tell, but a 2% commission... does seem a bit thin to me.

Sometimes I really do wonder about the road that we are one. I honestly say, this has been so interesting - our journey. That said, we do often think about what the final destination is. Ah yes, heaven or hell as the preacher would say. Do get ready for a bumpy ride in our awesome car.

Black swan events are scary. Often, we do wonder about what it is. Let me say. This is my own opinion. It is rare... to see a black swan. Well, that is what we are told, but I am really not so sure. After all, there was a time when people thought that all swans were white, but they were wrong.

Certainly, it has been a really cold year. There has been a lot of white fluffy snow. Yet, we do not detect any global warming. Al Gore should indeed create a new movie. Oh wow, like he could call it the carbon tax scam. How to milk ignorant fools for more money.

50's really were a different era. Yeah, it does seem... like hard to visualize now. First off, there were a lot of great high paying jobs in many areas. Second, most people could afford to get a new car. Certainly, the times are changing on us. Few of us can afford to pay our massive bills now.

I have noticed that there is more crime in URBAN areas. OK, so we are not exactly sure on why this is so. Obviously, there must be like some reason. Sadly, we do not know all the factors on what it is.
