 Let me tell you... like um crowds use to be a lot more common. That was years ago. Ah yes, it was before we had corona virus. Well, those are now some warm memories. Still, we do hope that things get better for us.

automated farms

 Yo, automated farms could be the future for us. Still, we do not like the price increases. Those are affecting us in the pocketbook as we go to our groceries. Expect politicians to come up with some more excuses.

armor

 Will people of the future wear armor once more? That is an interesting question and we really have no answer. Maybe the future will be quite different than what we see in a movie. Just keep that in mind as the years go on.

inverted yield curve

Do expect to see an inverted yield curve. Those are often a harbinger of a massive recession. Let us hope that we are wrong. I do not want things to get even worse. Hey, we need to keep both of our eyes open. Plan on experiencing a bumpy road ahead in the coming years. Yeah, we might not get out in one piece.

journey

 I am not very sure... like on the road that we are on. This has certainly been a most interesting journey. Basically, we need to understand who we are. Expect to see a lot of detours and bumps as we move on.

 CEO needs to embrace ai an go all in. Yeah, we see computers as a lot more powerful in the coming years. Well, that is a good thing as artificial intelligence requires massive processing power. Hey, we did say massive. Also, it is good for your machine to have a lot of memory.

Concorde

 Concorde was a great jet that could fly super sonic. Well, it was so expensive. Still, that is not why it is gone. There are certain forces in our universe. Let us leave it at that and say no more.

cruises

People use to go on wow some cruises. Mostly, they actually stopped going after the outbreak of corona virus. I am not even sure... like if I can ever go again. They are not very safe or secure. Well, that is certainly what we see.

Twitter's new down vote button is not available for every one. Yeah, that is some sour news. Frankly, it does not amaze us. After all, twitter is becoming more restrictive of content as well as adding in some censors. 

lost decade

 People do need to get wise. Basically, we are told that a lost decade could be just around our corner. Hey, this strange fact should not amaze us. After all, we do know that things might get even worse.

real estate

 Please do take a long look at real estate prices. These are way up. Most customers are finding it difficult to buy a house now. Here is how much house you can afford in your own area. Inflation is not affecting us a lot now. Sadly, we expect real estate prices... to continue their meteoric upward rise. Well, the prognosis is poor.

 15 new technologies that could change our universe. Most of these are old hat, but spin launch is max. Instead of a traditional rocket, satellites are spun up. Few of us read about this one. Yeah, that technology was not popular in science fiction movies. Those are long on fiction and rather short on science.

cities

 Let me see... there are a lot of challenges ahead of us. Most people do not like the world we are in. For one, cities have lot a lot of their allure in our on going crisis. Sadly, it feels as if this FRIGHT mare is never over. Yeah, we do wish that we could turn back the clock or step into a time machine and go back to our own previous era.
