Expect things to get worse. Do not blame others, because the problem is we. Well, here we are. Financial systems are bad and get ready to see them fall apart as the we see more woe.

What a difference a few months make

Back in August of 2008 gasoline was over $4/gal and all the talk was of buying hybrids like the toyota prius. Well, then in February of 2009 it went down below a dollar fifty a gallon and people were buying full size pick ups. What can we say.

CARnage for TOYota

It is a CARtastrophe as automotive giant Toyota stumbles on poor cars. The company cannot slam the brakes on this crisis. I think the stock is about to crash and soon. Toyota is joining GM, in the hall of shame for building poor cars.

Lower workers pay

Employment costs are at a record low last year. That means workers make less money. OK what is the reason? Well, many have been forced to work less hours and take cuts in the hourly wages. Other that are full time white collar where seen taking a cut in pay. This may seem great for the company. However as workers make less, the cannot fuel a spending increase. That means many stores will close this year.

Quick charge station for your electric car

In the future we will see more vehicles with electric power. Look for quick charge stations for your electric car. This is what we see. A future where on every road there could be an electric car.

Time Travel movies

OK here is one of my favorite time travel movies. It is Disney's Meet the Robinsons. The story starts at an orphanage with a boy genius. He later becomes an inventor that creates the first time machine - stay with me. Then there is an evil bowler hat dude with a dastardly grin. He wants to take over. Well, I will not spoil the story for you.

Pleasantville movie

I was watching the Pleasantville movie. It is a story of two teenagers from the 90's that time travel to the 50's. Funny little tale and sad too. Tomorrow, what is it like? Well, CarlosX Robot Repairman says that in 2152 there are these androids that look like a person. These robot dolls are quite numerous. They have jobs like cocktail waitress, baby sitter, and nurse. However, most serve as maids (cooking, cleaning, etcetera) and as personal companions.

Global warming is garbage. A bunch of politician trying to pass a carbon tax on us. Wake up. This is a lie designed to take your money. Glaciergate is a crime.

Hungry cars

People, one quarter of all US grains feeds cars. Yes, our fertile crops are used to make ethanol from corn. This means high food prices. Hey, guess cars like the great taste of corn.

Fannie and Freddie no more

People, our gov wants fannie and freddie gone. This is a good idea as they as big time losers of our money. The open check book from the gov should not remain open. These banks need to be closed down, so a new one opens up.

Google does well

Google earnings soar. The internet giant is now gaining. Sadly, old media is losing this war. For example, I predict the closing of many newspapers.

Empty Offices

People our economy is moving our jobs overseas. Empty offices are the result of our economic wrongs. For China it is an epic win. There are now more offshore corps. It is a situation that is getting much worse. Meanwhile, skeptics say all is fine and dandy because the dow is rising. Wake up.

Charbux

I used to go to Charbux a lot of time before and use their free Wifi, except it is not free because you have to become a member and buy from them. However, after the latest Charbux price increase, I am going to Borders book store now. It is quieter, and more easy. Also, it really is cost of zero.

Citi posts 7.6 billion loss

Citigroup is showing a 7.6 billion dollar loss for the year. This is not what investor were hoping for as they crow about a recovery. The big bank is still sinking, and this after billions in bailouts even. What we need to do is show the door to some execs.

Chinese century

OK over 95% of the products in Walmart are made in China (it used to be 70%) and they are tired of our green. My question is - what happens when they stop taking our paper? I don't think that you will like the answer.

Instead of printing all that paper, go green with epaper. For a business cutting cost, paper is one to go. If you want more profits using devices like kindle can save you money. That means less trash and more savings. They key is to go green.

Folks, step right up. Here we have the longest solar eclipse in 1,000 years. OK see our sun turn into a blazing ring. This is truly a spectacular event even. The distances are astronomical and then some.

Machinery orders down

Japanese machinery orders are down not up. This means there is no recovery. For far too long people claim we are improving. Well, now we see it is a false mirage.

Vermont is thinking of leaving the US. Candidates favor sucession. People are angry. Right now it is only a few voices. However it is growing into a loud thunderous roar. They will soon be to many to ignore. People who claim it is a few fools making some noise. Well, John Titor did predict the US becoming five nations and the end of the empire.

Alcoa gone

Well we could lose world's biggest aluminum producer if Alcoa continues to lose money. Alcoa has lost billions so far due to a demand collapse that has reduced aluminum prices. Sadly, many people do not realize what is happening now. Basically, there is no recovery.

Deeper into depression

Supermegadepression, that is what people will call it in the days to come. Folks, america slides deeper into depression. I got some news for all those pundits that scream recovery. Well, there is no recovery. In fact, things are getting much worse. Each day we sink ever deeper into the mire.

Plot to wreak america?

OK some say there is a plot to wreak america. Others yell "conspiracy theory" and yet things continue to get worse. What we see is more people losing jobs and then their homes because they cannot pay. Right now we are in the middle of an economic WREAKcovery.

Devastation change

Basically, america is falling apart. The machine is ripping at the seams. Think GM which went bankrupt. It did not survive. Well, this nation is the same. Hey, use your common sense.

US jobless claims increase

Folks, got some bad new for you. Basically there is no recovery. It was all a lot of smoke and mirrors. The rebound is a vaporous mirage. It is not real, but job losses are. US jobless claims are on increase. This means less money. I mean less income tax for our gov. Less sales for the grocer. And lower wages for you.

Where will Apophis hit?

A "gravitational keyhole", is a specific area in outer space that can alter the trajectory of an object. Well, in this case, it can have Apophis broadside earth in 2036. People ask "where will Apophis hit". OK my guess is the Pacific ocean. It is the greatest body of water. This would generate a giant megatsunami hundreds of feet in size. Sadly, an even worse scenario is that the asteroid would hit the Atlantic ocean. The entire east coast would be destroyed by the tidal wave. Tsunami would be very destructive in low lying areas such as Miami, where it would go inland for many miles. In addition a hypercane would be created. A hypercane is the ultra massive hybrid of a hurricane and a tornado which has winds that are 550 mph. It would destroy everything in its path. The worst of all would be if the asteroid hit land. Not only would this erase entire populations, but the cloud of dust would cause a super cold summer seasons that would reduce crops for years to come. Starvation would reduce earth's population.

recovery?

Skeptics claim the everything is fine, but we are seeing more banks close. The situation is not good. Unemployment goes up. Sales go down, and people have less money.

This recovery reminds me of global warming. That is another hoax to steal our hard earn money. Actually we are seeing record low temperatures now.

Construction spending down

Construction spending is down for the seventh straight month. This is real as in real estate AND politician and not telling you. They say everything is fine and we are in a recovery. Well, if the were the case, numbers would have spending going up.

moon hole

There is a hole in our moon. Scientist say that the moon hole could be suitable for a colony in a future that is near. OK my question is how near? We went to the lunar surface in 1969 and 2009 was last year. It could be a while before we go back to the moon.

Where are the robots?

Back in 1939 the first robot science fiction story "robbie" was written by asimov. Well, 2009 was last year. Where are these robots of the science fiction saga? How come we do not see robots walking down the street or bringing humanity to ruin?

It is my feeling that our world has not had much progress. Witness there are no people living on the moon. It seems we are seeing a lot less advances and very little science.

California in crisis

What a way to start a new year. California needs 28 billion dollars more. This is an urgent appeal to DC for more money. The state is in a crisis. IF, more money does not appear. Well, California will not disappear, but it could mean and end to talk of a recovery.
