worrisome
I have noticed that there are a few places that seem worrisome. Most retail stores are boarded up. Few do remain open. Tattoo parlors are common. Also, we see places that make loans at very high interest rates to the poor. Street art is colorful and all over. Hey, a lot of current residents are moving out and few people are moving in.

TIME
Actually, some people are always last for some reason. TIME is one of our main enemies. Personally, it could even seem as our nemesis. Still, life goes on. Like there is not much we can do to slow down the hands of time and we find new wrinkles worrisome.

office
People do not want to return to the office any more. Yeah, remote work is super max. Also, we really do not like the high gas prices. Do add to the list the wear and tear on our cars. Bosses are so annoying or mean.

bubble
Yo, we might be in another housing bubble - says me. Oh wow, just look at all those incredible high prices. They have doubled in less than one year. I do not know about your area. However, this is just crazy. Frankly, it reminds me of gasoline prices. They were approx $2 per gallon last year and $4 per gallon now. Brothers and sisters these prices are insane.

There are new trends in baby names. I do not know why this is. Most of them are always crying. Babies that is.
