small town

Yō, we can say. I do like small towns for some reason. They have a special energy. Oh yes, it is like magic.

hard work

Often, we are told by our peers that hard work can mean success. Well, we are not so sure. After all, we need to understand that luck is often a factor in success. Yeah, there are a lot of things that indeed can go wrong.

Halloween

Halloween is so near. Politicians are a trick and not a treat according to me. Expect to see higher taxes next year.

penny

I can still remember penny. Ah yes, those are some awesome warm memories. That big box store used to be full of eager customers years ago. Well, we are in an ominous new era. People are few and far between and there are so many worries. Frankly, we do not know if this store can even survive. Let us hope that our onerous economic situation can improve.

75 years

Painting of modern art was displayed upside down for 75 years. This sounded like a bad joke to me. Still, there we are. Like there it was all this time in a museum. Frankly, reality can sometimes really amaze us. Brothers and sisters, this is one eerie universe.

I want people to have lives that are nice. Hey, we have so many worries. It feels great to have some green space. Here is one.

Home Depot

Home Depot stock is at a 52-week low now. It could go much lower this year. Brothers and sisters, the once vaunted building boom is now over. Most people do realize that we are in a massive recession as in now. Expect our economy to wax worse.

malls

Fellow colleagues, shopping malls are in pain. It is not just me. A lot of people are staying home and ordering online due to our coronavirus. Yeah, they do fear various variants of omicron. Sadly, we do not like to be in our cave. Ah yes, going outside is a pleasure for us. Still, few people are going to the mall and the large crowds are missing. Do hope that things are better next year. Hey, we will see.

home prices

Economists say that we will see... like a major decrease in home prices. Well, this is maybe a sign... that inflation is over. Yeah, that would be awesome - wow.

scam

Economists are saying that crypto is a scam. Well, we do see it as a great way to um LOSE a lot of money. Yeah, we need not tell you that the $#@+ coin is down over 70% from where it was a year ago.

cats

Steven Gibbs says that cats are excellent vortex hunters, but who can say. They do seem rather good for this service. After all, we do like to locate a vortex that is near us. Having a cat might be a good idea if we want to find a new one.

Netflix versus Disney

Netflix versus Disney is a streaming war. Yeah, that loser is us. Just take a look at Netflix prices. Basically, those go up every year. OK, so then look at the quality of their own movies. I feel that those go down every year. Folks, we cannot make this stuff up. Disney might be the winner. It is the better streaming service.

expensive

Most construction workers cannot afford the houses that they build because our dwellings are so expensive now. Definitely, this is a massive serious issue. Blame our current rate of inflation for the ominous or enormous price rise. Brothers and sisters, we can see the same case... like in our grocery.

wind power

Friends, we have been using wind power for so many years. It is as we can see... like nothing that is new. Still, we do really like to use wind power. There is no pollution of our own air or common resources. Yeah, we do enjoy breathing in... some oxygen... from an atmosphere that is pure.

cats

Steven Gibbs says that cats are excellent vortex hunters - wow. Finding one is not so easy. A vortex we mean. OK, so finding an average house cat really is easy. All you need to do is open one tuna can. Yeah, we did say one. There we are now.
