Tax friendly states are few, and those that want to increase TAXES are many. Like that is what we are seeing. Yeah, the world is changing on us. Oh, what a world we are in. Roads are in poor repair. Fixing them costs major money. Best you understand that your taxes will go up.

Right now, old towns are losing the young. Most are migrating to cities that have a certain energy. Yeah, those are seen as amazing. Still, we like old towns that move at a serene pace.
