Publishing in our future

OK move over Kindle™, nook™ and our Sony Reader™ cause E-ink is not the future. Future of publishing is electronically over a net. Books cost too much to print, so publishers want to stop pushing paper. The future has not been written yet, as it is a blank page. Get ready for some changes in our days to come.

gov says recession is over

The good news is we are using less fossil fuels. Of course this means less greenhouse gases are generated. However, the reason is our severe economic recession. Well, now we hear from our gov that our recession is over.

Folks, that would be max grand, but the avalanche is just getting started with a massive loss of jobs next year. For a real recovery to take place we need people to have jobs so the can save money. All this borrow and spend got us to where we are now.

People our prez has declared a mexican swine flu emergency. This is while many patients are force to endure over crowded emergency rooms. Prez move will make more space available at hospitals for sick patients of the H1N1 virus. The debunkers who told me swine flu was a hoax need to wake up. People, over 1000 people are gone, yes due to H1N1 virus. Hey, we do not need to use Steven Gibbs Time Machine to see there is trouble coming our way.

People, our future is max pro if we invest in the yellow metal. Today, many investors are bullish on bullion. If you want to have golden years, then you need to set aside a portion of your portfolio for precious metals. Become a bullion buyer and max out on gold. What we see up ahead in the road is scary.

Google vs AT&T on net neutrality

Hey ol skool phone firm AT&T is fighting Google. It is profits over power. Most firm want to keep things as they are, but the pay phone is gone. I can tell you that amazing amazon is now going to send ebooks over a net instead of shipping paper. Also, less DVD sales and move movies sent via wire.

Astral Voyages

Before I had an HDR for Astral Time Travel. I was forced to use Audio Brainwave Activation using binaural beats and hemisync. This meditation music was not as effective in reaching the alpha state. It was hard to go on astral voyages.

The HDR unit made astral travel much easier. Actually, one problem was how to exteriorize, because that was always a stumbling block. Well, now I could become a tour guide in how to go astral.

Pat Ress new web site

UFO author Pat Ress has a new web site called PatriciaGriffinRess.com where she talks about her books. I wish she would write about alien/human hybrids. According to her hybrids emotional maturation is impair and devoid of emotions many humans have. Their hypertechnological culture puts more emphasis on logic and happens to be quite different from our own.

Talking about workers in China making 50 cents an hour was use years ago to limit worker pay here in USA. Hey, now it is time to limit banker pay.

However, at one time, California was part of mexico, so it stand to reason that its proximity to mexico would make it a prime location for the latino boom.

Florida on fire

OK as unemployment rate rises we see less demand for luxury condos. What we do see is more foreclosures on rise. The reality is that banks are taking over properties. Sadly, there are many areas with green water pools and over grown grass.

99 banks sitting in default

Florida jobless rate at 11%

For the first time in recorded history the are one million unemployed in Florida. The Florida jobless rate hit 11% and is rising. Debunkers claim that I am crazy. Well, maybe like a fox, because I predicted unemployment would go over 10% as more businesses close their doors creating the current jobless crisis. That there would be many homeless persons. Sadly, that few jobs would be available and many persons out of work. Here we are.

Mortgage applications fall

There is a further slow down in real estate. Mortgage applications fell as our economy is in severe recession. Skeptics say everything is fine, but reality is that our banks are not loaning money. FHA loans in 2005 were 2% of total and mow they are 25%. This is not good. Sadly, our gov will not wake up.

music in my ears

In 1991 people in US spent 14 billion on music. Today the number is approx half that. Adjusted for inflation perhaps one third of what we use to spend on music. The reason is digital downloads. What we see is less people selling out hard cash for those expensive CD disks, and more people using the internet to get their songs. Future music predictions are more distribution over the internet and less broadcast over radio.

global warming 50 million years ago?

OK sciece says that 50 million years ago water off Antarctica was war as in 86 degrees and there was no ice at poles. How can this be? How could the long winter not cause things to be cold - I ask. My guess is that we are seeing a world that has different laws of physics.

Future events

There are many people who focus on future events. Time Monk george ure talks about dollar death in the days to come. People, we are now concern about what is down the road a bit. Lets face it, our gov is not being total transparent with us. Writing about future events in our niche is a great way to gain audience, but it can be a sad thing. It seems most events in the future are not particularly pleasant.

dollar falls, gold rises

The yellow metal start to shine brightly. Call me auric goldfinger because I can love only cold gold, not paper. The dollar fades as gold shines on. This is an existing time to buy bullion and the price is rising.

Dollar in woe

There is no talk of Saudi Arabia dropping the dollar, this lifts gold. For many years all countries were forced to get dollars to buy oil. Well, now you can use gold to buy oil. This is very positive news for the yellow metal. I am very bullish on the bullion market. It is time to go for the gold.

Personal bankruptcy rises

Recently fired businessman holding a cardboard box filled with his belongings. Isolated on white. photo

The number of personal bankruptcy soars as our severe economic recession increases pain. Please wake up. When people lose jobs they lose their homes, cars, etc. The rise in bankruptcy of consumers is a sign. What we must do is ignore rosy predictions of economy "experts" and focus on reality. For example, look at the empty malls, shuttered factories, and giant crowds of unemployed.

What we need is jobs

A man is distraught by the chart of the value of his retirement portfolio displayed on a computer monitor. The letters 401(k) appear, but can easily be removed. photo

People, we have now 15 million unemployed, that is twice the number of when this severe economic recession started. What we need is a jobs solution. Sadly, our economy is in a tail spin. If we cannot find a way to create jobs, we are going going gone!

jobless rate at now 9.8

Man sleeping on a park bench photo

Jobless rate hit 9.8% in September. It is so near 10% that I may already declare this prediction a hit. Back in 2007 when I told people we are going into a recession and unemployment will go over 10%, the official unemployment number was 5.2% and now it is nearly doubled. The poor are hard hit by our severe economic recession.
