ICE is targetting illegal aliens with a past of crime. However, all illegal aliens are by definition committing a crime. They are not suppose to be here even. That is like saying a short midget since they are all short it is redundant as we can see.
Perhaps in an alternate time line there are no illegal aliens and we all get along see. However, here there is a push to keep put certain groups.
