I predicted we would have a gas price increase. This is due to peak oil being hit in 2005 and petroleum production declining every year. Add to that rising demand from china and other emerging economies. It is a potent toxic mix. Friends, gas prices will soar in coming years.

ForeclosureFlorida is sinking into the sea and superexpensive megamansions are so passe. Friends, the double dip is now. Right now, there is a double dip in home prices. Remember we our gov tried to prop em up. Well, they are in free fall again. This means we face a double dip depression or recession.

HDRKID predicted this was coming. He said this year silver would go over $30/oz - it has, that gasoline would go over $3/gallon - it has, that gold would rise over 1400 - it has, that oil would go over $90 - it has, and that real estate would continue to fall in price.

What is the reason. As people lose jobs they cannot pay anymore. The bank tried to dump more houses, but the market is flooded with foreclosures which causes a drop in price. This is a very grim sign.

WiFi kills trees is the latest news. This does scare me. It could become in the future not legal to use WiFi anymore. This would not be a joy. Please remember how it was before with all the wires.

It sounds like a mystery novel to me. That said, Intel says 1000 cores is possible, but it would probably be very expensive. All this need for speed - is it so necessary?

People, an egg producer faces a price squeeze. Truly the egg basket is half empty in this case. OK so this is due to rising price of corn. What is the reason. Production of ethanol from grain. Oil is over 91 now. Expect more inflation in energy. People who said that oil is a bubble have poor memory. Back in feb 2009 gas was $1.39 a gallon and yesterday $3.19 was what I saw. Well, this is a major HDRKID prediction.

State of emergency

California is in a state of emergency. This is due to max rain. Hope things get better, but it seems they are getting worse. There are many challenges next year. I expect a lot of snow.

OK so my question is - where do we go now? Not sure that we gonna have an answer. Fact is that the stock market could collapse next year. There is now a faux recovery. Hey, this cannot last long, but reality will set in. OK so for one thing we are not creating jobs and unemployment is going up.

People, my view is green. Hey, we wish there was better news. It is sad to see the destruction of our currency. Basically, the dollar slips up. What we need is to back with gold our paper. Charity does not solve anything according to world richest man. He is Carlos Slim, as Bill Gates is no more. This is an interesting thing to say. We can hope that it is not so. Fact is many have been helped by others, but that is just my take on the whole subject and many of the rich do not like to share their money.

Folks, politicians say all is fine, but where are jobs now? OK so many ask - what jobs? There are so few in the newspaper. It is like the classified section is shrinking every year. Actually, some who blame the internet and craigslist for this issue. Politicians gloss over the lack of jobs claiming this is a jobless recovery. Basically, there are none.

A blue wave turned red with blood in the latest shark attack in California in the latest news. Lucas McKaine Ransom was fatally injure. It was a great white shark that attacked his body board as he was surfing from shore far away. By the time he was dragged to shore he had bled to death and is not longer with us. It is a sad saga. We hope more blue wave shark nets are implemented to prevent further fatalities in the days to come.

Friend, I have some awesome news. There is water on our moon. This means lunar colonies need not be science fiction, but could one day become real science. Hope this moon water story does brighten up your year some. Perhaps this makes living there a way to deal with over population here on earth in days to come. Market for auto parts jumps. Older cars are staying on the road now. They use to be sent to the junk yard for scrap. Those days are over. People will now hold on to their vehicles for many years. Hey, guess it is nice to see on the road some vintage cars.

Internet users double in last five years. There are two billion of em. Folks, that is a lot of users. Biggest change is that most people are on broad band now. Great, it sure was slow with dial up.

Also, took for ever to load up a page. Thankfully, things are a lot better now. Fact is, most people can watch TV over an internet wire.

Hey, we are with the FED very fed up. Federal reserve is urge to act on our economy. Probably this means more aggressive easing. Basically more of the same. That is printing paper.

This FED action will lead to inflation, not jobs as we cannot create employment with phantom money. It seems the only product we produce these days is green pieces of paper. Banksters need a kick in the assets if you know what we mean.
