Let me see, North Korea is a country that cannot even feed its people, so on nuclear spends its last penny. That should cause all of us worry. Today, North Korea set off a nuke that was 20 kilotons, about the same as the atom bomb that flatten Hiroshima and Nagasaki. In fact, there is no doubt that North Korea is working on an intercontinental ballistic missile to deliver its nuclear payload.
