Well, there is a trader would made epic gains last year. He bet on a decline in house prices. Well, he was right and the debunkers were wrong. Fact is, we see falling prices. These epic gains should not come as a max major surprise. Sadly, many are now waking up. What they see in an on going recession. Actually, there is no recovery.
