Hyper Dimensional Resonator um HDR is a device created by Steven Gibbs for us. It is a radionics box that generates scalar waves. Most of these are hard to detect unless you have special machines and even then it is not easy. There will be hopefully in future posts with a lot more information about the Hyper Dimensional Resonator and its uses.
