IBM is 100 years old now. That is a lot of years. Do you think face book will be around in 100 years. Well, I do not think so. Ditto the current crop of internet companies. Yeah, like for example, the amazing amazon. Most of us do not admire the current crop. What is the reason?
Well, it is Bad Bosses mon. They are run by pin head execs. Like that is the reason. In fact, most malignant masters are constantly talking on out sourcing. Their goal is not to build a great team, but to trim expenses. Yeah, except for their salary which is always increasing. That is why IBM is such an icon.
