Halloween is not here yet, but consumers are scary. Yeah, it is consumer fears that hobble our economy. Most realize that there is no recovery.They are trying to pay down credit card debt and get money money to free up. OK some are turning trash into cash be getting junk out of their attic and selling it on ebay and other services. A few are even doing work online on the side to make some more money.
