California governor Jerry Brown proclaims a drought emergency. Folks, this is scary. A lot of food comes from the golden state now. Expect to see prices go up. Most of us do not understand that water does more that make grass green. It is used in industry to clean components and in food processing. Drought emergency can go max worse.
