Food service workers unions are on an increase. People do not make a lot of money... like if they work in food service. Actually, there is a big advantage to companies. Jobs do not offer special skills and labor makes near minimum wage. Result is that they cannot go on strike that easy. Most tend to be young. Often, they will get extra training and find a job that pays more.
