Look at some companies. They have old vacuum tube monitors even now. Well, there are many reason. Less expensive is one. Also, a tube can last nine years. Sadly, for LCD screens that is not our case. Mostly we are lucky if they last one year. Firms are tired of constantly upgrading their screens. Basically, old is new.
